Baltimore County Public Library Hearing Screening Sign-Up: July-August, 2026

Please fill out the information below to sign your child (ages 3-17 years) up for a free hearing screening per your consent. This is a pass/refer screening to identify if your child has normal hearing or identify if a diagnostic evaluation is needed. The screening will not identify the type or amount of hearing loss. Please call our office at 410-887-6443 should you have additional questions or need assistance.
Please note, if you are booking multiple children, you will have to book an appointment for each child.
